Black Belt Proclamation of Shawnie Brown

Whereas – Shawnie Brown began teaching and promoting Soryu Karate by starting her own karate school on January 3rd, 2001; 

and

Whereas – Shawnie Brown earned her 1st Dan Black Belt on February 28, 2002; 

and 

Whereas – In a world increasingly becoming more violent, Shawnie Brown has instilled in her students, a confidence in their ability to defend and protect that which they hold most dear; 

and 

Whereas – Shawnie Brown has a passion for teaching Soryu Karate and martial arts; 

and
Whereas – Shawnie Brown has done an outstanding job promoting the United State Soryu Karate Federation both in San Antonio and abroad; 

and 

Whereas – Shawnie Brown continues to excel in teaching and promoting the next generation of students of the United States Soryu Karate Federation;

and 

Whereas – Shawnie Brown has helped foster increased communications within the United States Soryu Karate Federation through the use of the internet;

I hereby decree and advance Shawnie Brown to 2^nd Dan Black Belt of the United States Soryu Karate Federation, this 10^th day of July, in the year of our Lord Jesus, two thousand and six.
